6.1 Service Providers (Subprocessors)

• Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting and data storage (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Payment Processing: Dodo Payments for subscription billing
• Analytics: Google Analytics for usage insights
• Communication: Email service providers for transactional emails
• Customer Support: Featurebase for feedback and support management
• Satellite Monitoring: Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem (European Space Agency / EU) — when you draw a field or farm boundary, that boundary polygon is sent to the Sentinel Hub Statistics API to compute canopy statistics for it. No personal data accompanies it.
• Earth Observation Embeddings (not active): Google Earth Engine — would receive boundary polygons only if the embedding pipeline is enabled; it is not enabled today.

All subprocessors are contractually obligated to protect your data and comply with GDPR/CCPA standards.

• Marketing Data: Until you withdraw consent or request deletion
